REGISTRATION
Participants wishing to enroll in the program shall do so only on the site https://filmfreeway.com
PROGRAM
The data obtained from participants will be used only for the purposes of program development derived. In any case they will be treated according to the rules of current data protection.
Each of the selected films will be shown during the program, totally and / or partially and remain registered under the program may be reproduced in any field within the framework of relevant programming.

PRESENTATION OF WORKS

LANGUAGES AND SUBTITLES
Selected films will be screened in their original version.
Foreign films
If there screening copy subtitled in Spanish, it will be preferred for the program. If there is no copy with subtitles in Spanish, a copy will be required with English subtitles (unless the film is spoken in that language).

To Argentine films

DURATION

ACCEPTANCE AND INTERPRETATION OF RULES

SELECTION

AUTHORIZATION

CESSION OF RIGHTS

KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION:
The simple act of participating in this program implies knowledge and acceptance of all conditions contained in these terms and conditions, as well as acceptance of the changes that could make production on any matters not covered by them, cases in which Participants have no right to any claim.
ABOUT SECTIONS
When circumstances beyond the organizer or provided in these rules and conditions that constitute unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure - as provided by Articles 513, 514 and related provisions of the civil code - justified, production may suspend, cancel and / or modify the PROGRAM cases in which registered participants are not entitled to any claim.
FRAMEWORK - JURISDICTION
This program is governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute that might be generated under the same and / or planning and / or its result will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Judicial Department of San Isidro, administrative litigation jurisdiction.

BASES

INSCRIPCIÓN
Los PARTICIPANTES que deseen inscribirse al programa deberán hacerlo únicamente en el sitio https://filmfreeway.com
PROGRAMA
Los datos obtenidos de los participantes sólo serán utilizados con las finalidades derivadas del desarrollo del PROGRAMA. En todo caso se tratarán conforme a la normativa de protección de datos vigente.
Cada una de las películas seleccionadas se exhibirá durante el programa, de manera total y/o parcial y quedara inscripta en el marco de ese programa pudiendo reproducirse en cualquier ámbito dentro del marco de la programación pertinente.
En caso de existir alguna limitación respecto a alguno de estos puntos, deberá ser expresada a la firma de las presentes BASES Y CONDICIONES y la PRODUCCIÓN decidirá sobre su posible admisión o rechazo.
PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS OBRAS
Los autores cuyos filmes sean presentados, remitirán una copia en los siguientes formatos de exhibición, sin costes de alquiler, que pasará a formar parte de la VIDEOTECA del PROGRAMA.
Archivo MOV formato digital (1920x1080 HD Real códec H.264 o superior) cumpliendo los siguientes ítems:
Los participantes deberán hacer llegar a la PRODUCCIÓN el siguiente material publicitario:
• Fotogramas de alta resolución de la película, en formato digital (300 dpi o más)
• Fotografía de alta resolución del director/as (o directores/as), en formato digital (300 dpi o más).
• Tráiler. En caso de no tenerlo, puede enviarse una selección de imágenes extraídas de la película (mínimo: 30 segundos)
• Se autoriza a la PRODUCCIÓN el uso de fotogramas, fotografías y extractos de las películas para su difusión en cualquier soporte de comunicación y promoción, con el fin de promover y difundir este.
GÉNEROS
Comedia Musical, Comedia, Ficción, Ciencia ficción, Historia, Biografía, Bélico, Épico, Drama, Suspenso, Terror, Terror, Animación, Documental, Largometraje, Video Musical, Cortometrajes, Televisión, Miniserie, Otros.
IDIOMAS Y SUBTITULADO
Los filmes seleccionados serán exhibidos en su versión original.
Filmes extranjeros
Si existiese copia de proyección con subtítulos en español, la misma será de preferencia para el PROGRAMA. Si no existiese copia con subtítulos en español, se requerirá una copia con subtítulos en inglés (a menos que el film sea hablado en este idioma).
Además, se requerirá una lista de diálogos en idioma original y en inglés (con time codes) y archivo digital con el corte final de la película tal cual será proyectada, para preparar el subtitulado electrónico.

Para los filmes argentinos
Si existiese copia de proyección con subtítulos en inglés, la misma será de preferencia para el Festival. Si la copia subtitulada al inglés no estuviese disponible, el PROGRAMA podrá requerir una lista de subtítulos en inglés (con time codes) y un archivo digital para preparar el subtitulado electrónico.
En el caso de filmes argentinos en competencia, se solicitará que todas las copias estén subtituladas, excepto casos en que el idioma original sea más de uno y siempre con autorización expresa de la PRODUCCIÓN del PROGRAMA.
Las películas que no cumplan que este requisito, necesitaran entregar los subtítulos al festival si este llegase a ser seleccionado, de lo contrario quedaran descalificadas sin excepción alguna
DURACIÓN
La duración máxima del CORTOMETRAJE será de veinte minutos 20 minutos, incluidos los títulos y demás créditos.
Los LARGOMETRAJES arrancaran en los 45 minutos, no teniendo restricción alguna.
Las MINI-SERIES y SERIES deberán contener una duración máxima de 50 minutos.
Los DOCUMENTALES tendrán una duración máxima de 1 hora.
Las obras que no posean la duración de las mismas podrán quedar descalificadas sin reclamo alguno.
ACEPTACIÓN E INTERPRETACIÓN DE LAS BASES
La participación en el PROGRAMA supone la total aceptación de estas bases.
Una vez inscripta y seleccionada, la película no podrá ser retirada de la programación del PROGRAMA.
Las personas vinculadas a las películas seleccionadas se comprometen a no difundir su participación hasta que la programación del PROGRAMA sea anunciada.
La PRODUCCION del PROGRAMA resolverá a su entender cualquier eventualidad no especificada en estas bases, así como cualquier modificación de las mismas.
SELECCIÓN
La selección de obras elegidas por los programadores serán inapelables, las mismas se informaran también por mail, como así también por las plataformas elegidas de inscripción.
AUTORIZACIÓN
Los PARTICIPANTES autorizan al PROGRAMA a utilizar sus datos personales, domicilios, imágenes, y/o voces con fines publicitarios, en los medios y formas que consideren convenientes sin derecho a compensación alguna por dicha difusión.
CESION DE DERECHOS
Los participantes seleccionados dan automáticamente el permiso emitido por diversos medios de comunicación: televisión, espacios audiovisuales, festivales, internet, etc. Siempre en el marco de la promoción, en el contexto de las giras a nivel nacional o internacional, y un programa de muestras sin ningún tipo de remuneración a cambio.
INDEMNIDAD - GARANTÍA
La participación en EL PROGRAMA implica el otorgamiento de una garantía a favor de éste, respecto a que todas OBRAS, músicas, letras, imágenes, fotos, publicaciones, difusiones, etc.
Por cualquier medio que realice el PROGRAMA, en virtud del presente, no violarán la propiedad intelectual, derecho de privacidad o publicidad de terceros, ni cualquier derecho de otra persona o entidad. En tal sentido EL PARTICIPANTE deberá mantener indemne e indemnizar al PROGRAMA frente a cualquier reclamo originado por cualquier violación de lo aquí dispuesto.
MODIFICACIÓN DE BASES Y CONDICIONES
LA PRODUCCIÓN podrá modificar total o parcialmente las presentes BASES Y CONDICIONES, sin que ello genere derecho a compensación alguna a favor de los PARTICIPANTES siempre y cuando no se altere la esencia del PROGRAMA.
LA PRODUCCIÓN será el único que tendrá la facultad de decisión respecto de toda situación no prevista en las BASES Y CONDICIONES, y las resoluciones que adopte al respecto serán definitivas e inapelables.
CONOCIMIENTO Y ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES Y CONDICIONES DE LA COMPETENCIA:
El simple hecho de participar en este PROGRAMA implica el conocimiento y aceptación de todas las condiciones contenidas en las presentes BASES Y CONDICIONES, como así también la aceptación de las modificaciones que pudiera realizar la PRODUCCIÓN sobre cualquier cuestión no prevista en ellas, supuestos en los cuales Los PARTICIPANTES no tendrán derecho a reclamo alguno.
ACERCA DE LAS CLAUSULAS
Cuando circunstancias no imputables al ORGANIZADOR ni previstas en estas BASES Y CONDICIONES que constituyan caso fortuito o fuerza mayor - conforme lo dispuesto por los artículos 513, 514 y concordantes del código civil - lo justifique, la PRODUCCIÓN podrá suspender, cancelar y/o modificar el PROGRAMA, supuestos en los cuales los PARTICIPANTES inscriptos no tendrán derecho a reclamo alguno.
MARCO NORMATIVO - JURISDICCIÓN
Este PROGRAMA se regirá por las leyes de la República Argentina. Toda controversia que pudiera generarse en virtud al mismo y/o su planificación y/o su resultado será sometida a los Tribunales Ordinarios del Departamento Judicial de San Isidro, fuero Contencioso Administrativo.
