  • We were thrilled to receive two nominations for SOULMATE at this year's SHOCKFEST film festival: for BEST INTERNATIONAL FILM and BEST SCI-FI. Thank you to Matt and his team for supporting our film this year.

It was a shame we couldn't get out to Vegas for the live event - we'd have loved to be there, it looked like a blast!!! - but I have to say the Entertainment Oxygen digital platform for SHOCKFEST was the best online platform we've encountered so far. Thank you to everyone who voted SOULMATE the highest-rated sci-fi of the fest.

  • The most supportive, communicative film festival I've had the pleasure of participating in! Jeffrey Macabre and co. have a clear love and appreciation for the indie horror genre, and are willing to go out of their way to ensure that every filmmaker in the festival feels seen and recognized. Was an honor having Your Loving Mother nominated for Best Horror!

Shockfest pulls out all the stops. Continuous communication through all platforms. Excellent screenings (both in-person and virtual). Great prizes. Nice selection process. The weekend was full of things to do in Vegas that SFF executed to perfection. A+.

  • I can't say enough great things about the Shockfest Film Festival. This festival is by far the most fun and interactive of any I have been a part of. From the networking opportunities, free prizes, the social media live feeds and the communication from the festival was simply outstanding. The team at ShockFest really cares about the independent filmmakers journey. So grateful that my film Enipheres was nominated for Best Trailer.

What an amazing film festival! Excellent networking opportunities through their live Facebook and Instagram platforms where we get additional exposure for our film projects. They also encourage filmmakers to upload their content onto eoFlix, where we can watch the festival's selected films, connect with other filmmakers, and vote for the audience award. I'm not as computer savvy as I'd like to be, but multimedia Matt called to help me and saved the day. Wow! I enjoyed watching so many great films on this platform and was proud to have my horror short, CABIN included with all this fine talent. I was happy to see many of my fellow colleagues and friends also being a part of this festival. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip to Vegas at the last minute, due to a family emergency. Sadly, he passed away. A fellow filmmaker, whom I've never met, also had his awesome film, Pumpkin Guts: Devil's Night screening in the same block as CABIN. He was kind to take some pictures of my film on the big screen, send them to me and let me know how the audience perceived it. That's a supportive filmmaker that I plan on supporting as well. I'm proud to announce that William McNamara Won the Best Actor Award for portraying Kyle in CABIN. The wonderful people at Shockfest: A.I. Revolution are mailing the award to us.
