SHALLOW SEA

A driver who gets complained over and over again for refusing to take passengers;
an ordinary office worker who gets involved in cyber-violence due to a simple misunderstanding and has no clue what he was supposed to do;
a frustrated reporter who fails to chase her dream because of the overwhelming pressure from her parents;
an Uber driver who wants to earn some money after his girlfriend left him for his poor financial situation;
a thief who was aspiring to start his own business from scratch yet betrayed by his own family;
and an A-list celebrity agent who has always been wrongfully treated.

These are the six characters of our story. Their lives are interwoven with each other accidentally and it all begins with some unspeakable reasons buried deep in the “ocean” and it is not something plain and simple for outsiders to understand. All they can see are merely the most obvious truth. As a matter of fact, most people do not even bother to comprehend the origin of every single event, for which those incidents pile up and become unsolvable with the butterfly effect. Every soul has experienced despair, resentments of others, made terrible choice or maybe still failed to understand what one has been through in the end. Yet despite all of these, they still managed to make things right with the good faith from their hearts.
