The 1st Regional Short Film Festival 2024 will be staged on November 14, 2024, in Odisha. On the day, films in various languages will be shown online through our marketing vlogs.
Objectives:
• To provide a platform for watching good films and interact with each other
• To encourage production of quality film
• To invite eminent personalities on cinema and other arts
• To host the festival in various places every year
• To conduct any other activities for the development of cinema and other arts.

Rules & Terms

Short film and comedy films should be submitted.
- We don't accept any animation films or films above 18 minutes.
The Film Should be in HD Format
The time frame of the film should be up to 30 minutes
- Subtitle must, without subtitle, the film will be reject.
Vulgarities seen or pictures in the film should not be allowed
The film will be shown to the public after the selection of the jury members.
