My paintings speak to the inherent Ancient Egyptian themes that have been a lifelong obsession.
I have an interest and background in bodybuilding, and am an amateur Egyptologist.
The sacred expressing Itself through art is of great interest to me: I casually study comparative religions through education resources like Audible, podcasts, and traditional learning. I have a deep interest in the elements of the soul that I refer to as soul anatomy, most especially as expressed by the Ancient Egyptians.
I staged an exhibition of 25 of my paintings called Neo Pharaonic in Melbourne in February 2018. A short documentary of this was made and was officially selected at one US Short Film Festival and gained an award in another. It is featured on this site.
My second solo exhbition was in July 2023, Adventures In Zoomorphic Idolatory and was a success. I currently have a painting in a group show of local artists at Bayside Gallery in Melbourne.
I am making a computer and baord game based on my paintings. Essentially a puzzle based high visual very cool and interactive story, narrative and game play have been completed, along with some example assets.
Currently working on my new short film, A Victorian Bedazzlement.
