Senescent
An artist's isolation, fear, and depression manifest in unsettling ways.
Created largely by a single artist in his own time after work over the course of several years, Senescent is a deeply personal tale and a unique visual experience.

Josh Evans has known he was going to make films since twelve years of age. When he's not writing, editing, painting, sketching, or chasing his cat, he works full-time as a Matte Painter on feature films. He's mostly harmless.
My primary audience is the child within every adult and the adult within every child.
I want to stimulate conversation within the groups that watch my films; discussions that lead to greater understanding, empathy, and imagination.
It is of primary importance to me that I never re-create experiences. When people watch a Josh Evans film, they must be embarking on a journey into uncharted territory every single time.
I will never attempt to emulate the successes of others; I will forge my own path.
I do not view myself as a competitor to other studios, other artists. We are all allies in expression, with something different to show and say.
