Santosh Lamsal graduated in Film Studies from Tribhuvan University and Film/Video Production from New York Film Academy. He is Currently based in New York for pursuing his career in Independent Filmmaking. His most recent short film "a Doll's House" was awarded at the 2018 Congressional Black Caucus Annual Legislative Conference (CBCALC) at Washington DC. It has also been screened in other festivals like Festival Internacional de Cine con Medios Alternativos, Lift off First-time filmmaker session, Piggy Bank Int' Short Film Festival, The Cump Film Festival and so on.
His next project focuses on Humanitarian crisis on the immigrant, refugees, and minority groups living in New York under the government's new law.
