Happy Lodge
Ah Rong, plagued by her son’s notion of ‘leaving her behind’ in a nursing home, is unable to live comfortably among the other, strangely carefree residents. She soon meets a familiar stranger and learns of a mysterious, amnesiac concoction: Meng Po's Tea. As Ah Rong investigates her roommate, she discovers that their happiness may be a conspiracy, or something else entirely - that could lead to her own happiness.

Lift Off Sessions
Josephine Winardi never thought that she would ever get the opportunity to direct a short film. A lot of lessons had hit her hard, while directing Happy Lodge (2019), such as the overalls of what a director should do, the importance of teamwork and really understanding each other, and most importantly, the ability to trust her own judgements and visions. Building onto that, she is definitely keen on practicing more on her directing skills, and also, to find out and develop her own style as a director in the future.
