A timid and trepid boy, Nori lives in Nori Park, an amusement park with a long and glamorous history. Nori wants to be a racing star and a hero like his Dad, Dragon Rider, who runs fast and looks great on the rollercoaster track. One day, the villain Vegas appears and launches countless campaigns to ruin Nori Park in order to revive his own park, Vega Land. At last, he finally gets rid of Dragon Rider and chases Nori away. During the fight with Vegas, Nori narrowly escapes with the help of his friend, Jinny, and her circus friends. Can Nori defeat the ruler of darkness, Vegas and save Nori Park?
