Rigor Mortis

Florencia Calvi was borned during argentinian spring in 1992 in Buenos Aires. She have lived in Buenos Aires since then. Early during her childhood, she showed interest in arts like painting, sculpture, film and performing, especially. At the age of nine, she started to developed as an actress, singer and dancer, taking classes at two of the most important performing schools in Buenos Aires as "Río Plateado" under the direction of the legendary argentianian kid's theatre dramaturgist and director, Hugo Midón and the Julio Bocca's foundation musical theater school where she received a half-scholarship. But at the age of nineteen, she took a turn in her career started interenting in the back of the camera as well. In 2012, she started studying filmmaking and audiovisual arts at Universidad Nacional de La Plata, also in Argentina. From 2013 until now, she works developing differtent roles such as directing, producing, writing, camera operator, film editing, art direction and actors direction in others projects as well as hers. In the present, her career is focused on filmmaking while she is writing a script for her final degree project. It would be her first feature film. She is also involved in the production of the short film from the argentinian director Melchor Tame.
