Wastes
The city of Salvador is undergoing an unexpected shutdown of the public cleaning service. The gradual decay of the city due to the strike and the reverberation of this situation will appear under the watchful eye of the garbageman Souza, a humble citizen who is not class conscious but whose power seems to grow with each new garbage bag that accumulates throughout the city.
