Rendang of Death

In a quaint Padang restaurant, filled with many people enjoying their lunch break, two extremely platonic bros put their extremely platonic friendship to the test when it turns out that there’s only a single plate of their favorite food left: The Rendang of Death. (Massacre may or may not ensue.)

Rendang of Death was created with inspiration from the legendary animated short 'Bar Fight' made by the equally legendary animator Christy Karacas.

PERCOLATE GALACTIC IS AN AWARD-WINNING PRODUCTION AND ADVERTISING STUDIO. A FAMILY OF CREATIVE SEEKERS. A GROUP OF PEOPLE LIVING IN CONSTANT FEAR OF OUR OFFICE CATS. LIKE THE DURIAN IN OUR LOGO, PERCOLATE GALACTIC CREATES EXPERIENCES THAT PEOPLE SIMPLY NEVER FORGET.

We create enchantingly weird and majestically wonderful, award-winning animations drawn in the traditional 2D frame-by-frame style of the golden age of animation. Our first animated short, Terrorvision 3000, was nominated for the prestigious Piala Citra film award for Best Animation 2018. We lost and they pronounced our studio name wrong on national TV.

We were still honored.
