Director Statement

The inspiration of this film comes from a walk after dinner. When I smoked walking on the road, a phone number, 8369900, came to my mind, which is strange but familiar. Then I reminded that this was the phone number of the girl I had feelings for from the next class when I was 13. I was surprised that memories could be kept deeply in my mind for so long. At the same time, I dialed this phone numbe. Certainly, the phone number is not useful after so many years. But this is the inspiration for me to make this film. Although memories from my childhood is used and there are related scenes in this film, what I want to express is not about childhood. As we grow up, we make more and more decisions with more and more regrets. But when you have another chance to change the situation, there must be something else that makes you regret. Life is full of regrets, just cherish the present.
