Director Biography - Aaron Schoonover

Aaron is a filmmaker and casting director based in Los Angeles.

In 2022 Aaron wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning short film Rabbit Hole starring Catherine Curtin in his hometown of Akron, Ohio.

Rabbit Hole screened at numerous festivals and won several awards including: Best Narrative Short (Coronado Island Film Festival), Special Jury Award (Santa Fe International), Best Indie Episodic (Chelsea Film Festival).

Aaron is currently a casting associate on the Emmy-nominated series Severance (Apple TV). Additional casting credits include City on Fire (Apple TV), The Tender Bar (Amazon), The Unheard (Shudder) and The Seeding (Tribeca ‘23).
