RULES
1. All films submitted must have a member of the LGBTQ+ community as the lead talent, or part of the lead ensemble of the project OR have at least one LGBTQ+ character or theme.
2. All films submitted must relate to the theme of the festival, Journeys and Destinations AND the Middle East.
3. Films from countries not included in the Middle East can also participate as long as the film is made by a filmmaker with Middle Eastern heritage AND fulfil rules 1 & 2.
4. Applicant certifies that they are authorised to submit the film, being the rights-holder or authorised representative of the film.
5. All films must have English subtitles for accessibility, even if they are in English.
6. All films must be a maximum of 25 minutes or less.
7. All films must submit online screeners through FilmFreeway for consideration.
8. Submitted films must be accompanied by the entry form provided on FilmFreeway.
Please not that the festival does not offer any screening fees. The event will be free of charge and open for all without entrance fees.
