queer loox is a queer-feminist film series in Luxemburg. Queer means a crossing of traditional identity categories and implies a critical engagement with the division between the ‘normal’ and the social ‘illegitimate’. The series presents every other month a wide range of feature films, documentaries and video art. queer loox also coordinates the film screenings for the luxemburgish pride "gaymat". queer loox understands itself as a unique queer-feminist platform in Luxembourg, a meeting-point for discussion, and also dancing.

We aim to screen films prioritise the voices and work of those most marginalised within queer communities. We also welcome films from queer people that don’t explicitly have a ‘queer’ focus.
