Stranger
The skin appears to be vast wilderness without any self-consciousness, and yet its existence is undeniable, so powerful and so brutal. Like rivers that run through wasteland, planned or unplanned, marks, wrinkles and wounds grow aimlessly on our body, ultimately creating a freaking picture in the mirror that leads to a nightmarish self-discovery experience. Shame and fears madly flow upon the cold surface of lifeless self-reflection. Twisted and ruined, she becomes a STRANGER.
We all have this experience that while looking into the mirror, we don’t quite like the person in there. Taller, thinner, prettier, younger, fuller, stronger, sexier, smarter…all these words revealing your desire and sense of inferiority all of a sudden overwhelm you in a way that forces you to admit that you don’t like yourself that much. The person in the mirror starts to look like a stranger and yes, that’s exactly what you wish for.
