Who Killed Madam Silva?

A maid and a driver come across the corpse of their mistress stretched out on the floor of the main living room. Both had reasons to commit the crime and so one accuses the other of having murdered the mistress. The driver uses seduction to convince the maid that he is not to blame. The maid is disguised and complains that her life is a disgrace because she has a paralyzed husband who sexually abuses her. The night is long and every time the phone rings they get scared, because they have to lie about the whereabouts of the mistress. The end of this story is surprisingly unexpected.
