Buddha’s Shadow is a historical, biographical story of Buddha through the eyes of his Personal Assistant. It answers today’s quest for a true meaning of life.
An Asian American, I was born in Thailand and came to pursue an MBA after graduating from a top university in Bangkok. But alas, my Thai background drove me to be an overexcited snob! When the perfect life fell apart, I immersed in Buddhism. I’m now cured from the neurosis and illusion by practicing insight meditation. And that drove me to craft this screenplay that expounds Buddhist philosophy.
Since its onset, the script has received recognitions from well-regarded film festivals and it continues to grow.
Anyone, who reads it often find it romantic and inspiring. And….this is just between you and me, you need to be cured too, don’t you?
