Director Statement

In a spin off of The Hypocrites, this short follows the realism that churchgoers are imperfect and all need prayers. Talking to God for these people is as serious as concerns for a family with a teen exploring sexual identity to as light as a woman needing to find her glasses. Using humor and realism, we show that prayer is as simple as talking to God; even when we are not sure what to say. Our most viewed short and gotten feedback from all over the country with the same response; "Oh my goodness, that reminds me of our church."
