Director Biography

Cornon J. Kedro is an independent filmmaker, filmologist and artist.

His American-Czech short music documentary Deep Blue Something: Breakfast at Tiffany's had its official global world film premiere at the prestigious Berlinale International Film Festival in Berlin, Germany – as his first One-Man-Film completely made only by him.

During a grammar school he was mostly interested in music (as a drummer too), but after that he has been primarily focused on cinema. He has founded his own production company KedroFilms responsible for all of his creative works.

Kedro's 25 minutes long indie fiction film debut Post, originated as a self-funded auteur project, has become finally accepted throughout the post-production process as his diploma thesis. And so at the age of 24 he formally graduated his master degree at the Film and TV Faculty of Academy of Performing Arts.

Now he lives mainly in Prague (Czech Republic), where he owns an apartment with a post-production studio – his workplace for the external cooperations with the Czech Television, Seznam.cz TV or for Survivor, the world-known adventure TV reality.
