Stronger.
Eva and Ben, a young, free and modern couple, approach their breakup softly. Their paths separate, once again in search of the intensity of the first sight. The latency of the world re-establishes itself, the nightclubs fill up with these hundreds of possible lives to experience with these strangers. Through his camera, Ben captures them, fascinated by this suspended moment. That of the first meeting, of its intensity, obsessed by the desire to relive it even more strongly.

An atypical career, Léandre Vivier first shines with a
career in the world of gastronomy, but
passionate about audiovisual and directing, it was in
2019 that he undertook the production of his first self-produced short
film. His following projects, meanwhile,
made their way to festivals, winning
a few awards in particular for “Ce qu’il nous reste”.
After joining the Artifex studio in 2020 in the
direction of actors section, he directed “Astronautes”
which was among the finalists of the 12th edition of the
Nikon film festival and would in turn win
distinctions at festivals.
Captivated by the power of human relationships, by
the beauty of transcended bodies and questioned by the
excesses of his generation, Léandre has been refining the story of “Plus fort” for 2 years.
Constantly seeking the best, the most intense, the strongest.
“Plus fort.” is this couple who break up too quickly, attracted by this desire to relive the transcendent beginnings of a magnificently violent encounter.
“Plus fort.” is a chronicle of today’s romances, of these characters evolving in a world full of freedoms, of choices that make certainties difficult to build. Couples open up, possibilities grow, doubts settle in on everything. And the characters confront one of the most incisive ideas of our generation: how to be sure not to have missed something else: the good life, the good relationship?
Éva and Ben, it’s me, it’s us. Lost in these new models with their new rules. Characters, seeking constant transcendence, locked between the walls of Parisian clubs, brushing their fingers every night at the hundreds of lives they could live with these strangers.
Searching again and again for the intensity of the first moments, powerful, intense, out of time, far from the latency of the real world.
Searching, dancing, trying.
Through the spectrum of this modern couple, and their sweet breakup: the world of a generation that doubts and wants to live,
Always stronger.
