Phosphoros is a hand-painted direct animation on 16mm film and original soundtrack emphasizing materiality, movement, and light. "Phosphoros" is an Ancient Greek epithet of Hecate, meaning "bringing or bearing light." *Please note this is a 2.5k HD film transfer; the automatic 2.2Mbps FF screener transcoding compromises clarity significantly. An alternative higher data rate 720p screener is available upon request.
