Filmmakers are shying away from documentary filmmaking because it is less profitable but based on topical issues affecting mankind and humanity. Documentary may be tiring due to the pains and stress of trying to make it factual without distortion.
Perekeme Odon, a Bayelsa-born creative and talented filmmaker, is a professionally trained and certified filmmaker, theatre practitioner, broadcast journalist, cinematographer, and documentary filmmaker. He was also nominated for a Nollywood Movies Award for "Tango With Me" in 2012.
Perekeme was furthermore nominated at the fifth edition of the Nollywood and African Film Critics’ Awards (NAFCA), which took place at The Orpheum Theatre, Broadway, Los Angeles, California, USA, with "Oloibiri," produced by Rogers Ofime and directed by 2015 NAFCA Best Director of the Year, Curtis Graham.

However, since the challenges for great special effect movies were not forthcoming years ago, he decided to explore navigation into full-time production in 2010.

I'm allergic to the hype in show business. I believe in realism and dislike idealism.
If you are not intelligent, don't be jealous of the intellectuals because we all cannot be equally talented.
