It is the year 2060 and the earth wants new adventures. The private space agency CPLE is happy to help and sends a number of space ships whose missions all fail. The Flying Discman crew wants more. They try to test the hyperstream-drive developed by Professor Higgs. But after several years - at the edge of the solar system - they realize that this is not so easy.

Director Biography - Jessica Dahlke


Jessica Dahlke is a filmmaker and author from Kiel. In 2014 she founded the comedy group "The Flying Discman" and won her first film awards with "Der Mann, der zu viel musste". Since 2015 she has been a member of the Free Class Film at the Muthesius Academy of Fine Arts. Before that she studied film studies at the universities of Kiel and Växjo (Sweden).
