Based out of Cleveland, Ohio, Paul Francis Zegarac is a first time filmmaker with a 9 year history of composing for film, as well as releasing "Contribution", a community based project including a collection of free audio tracks for filmmakers to use as well as vignettes produced by local film crews to showcase their talents.
