Chan is a dedicated professional devoted to the promotion of film industry and culture. In 2014, Chan’s first feature film project “Passing Rain” was selected work of “2013 Support Programme for the Production of Feature Films” launched by the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Macao S.A.R..

Director Statement

Things happen out of the greater plan of the cosmos, people look up and act along. In the tiny city of Macao, people come across one another somehow. One passing rain after the other, in the ordinary daily life, exception is taking its chance, to manifest its presence and spreads like murmurings of the heart.
