Pardah

After his father's death, Ali dedicates himself to caring for his mother, Salma. When a nurse accuses Salma of faking her illness, Ali dismisses it but becomes increasingly stressed while balancing work and caregiving. One day, Salma overhears him vent about losing his job due to taking too many leaves and feels guilty. Determined to change, she starts helping around the house and supporting Ali.

Later, Ali shares news of a new job but hesitates to accept it, fearing he won't have time for her. Salma encourages him to take it, promising to manage on her own. In a tender moment, a flashback reveals Ali had known about Salma’s faked illness but stayed home to help her heal emotionally. The film ends with hope, highlighting their bond and journey to forgiveness.
