Terms and Conditions

In order to prevent fraud and ensure that ticket purchases are from actual ticket buyers, we require that the $1,000 threshold be comprised of at least 20 separate ticket buyers.

Online-only events and events with non-public listings are not eligible for the Free Marketing Money promotion.

The Preferred Ticket Pricing Program requires the participating Festival use FilmFreeway as the exclusive means by which it accepts 100% of all submissions and entries to its Festival.

Festival or FilmFreeway may cancel its participation in the Preferred Ticket Festival Program at any time by notifying the other party via email. In the event of cancellation, Festival’s ticket pricing will revert back to the standard rate of 3% + $0.99 cents per ticket.

FilmFreeway reserves the right to terminate a festival’s participation in the Preferred Ticket Pricing Program if Festival fails to adhere to the agreed upon eligibility requirements.
