on the outside is the second track from the EP Emerald part of the series Minerals by Maddalena Ghezzi (singer). The EP Emerald features Maria Chiara Argirò on synth.
on the outside is an image from the outside of Earth where women are strong, there are flowers, men and rockets. It’s basically life as it is right now but without the veil of patriarchy over everything. Women are laying bricks, flying rockets and getting recognition. And most of all they can have fun and dance. This world is booming with colours and energy, it is an unapologetic musical world where women composers take their space. This track is accompanied by an animated collage technique video by art collective Libri Finti Clandestini and photographer and filmmaker Tanguy Bombonera.

Director Biography - Libri Finti Clandestini, Tanguy Bombonera

Libri Finti Clandestini is an art collective based in Milan and composed by El Pacino, Aniv Delarev and Yghor Kowalvsky. They base their research on Artist's books using materials "found around" often seen as rubbish. They collect materials from abandoned buildings, libraries, paper mills, archives and more.
For this project they join forces with Tanguy Bombonera to create an animated collage video. Tanguy Bombonera calls himself an observer, he is a photographer and video maker based in Milan, Italy.
