Robert Fuhrmann (*1980) born in Dresden in Germany, now living in Sassnitz. He left school in 1997 and started organising Techno-Open-Airs. Between 2000 / 2007 he set up a music studio and worked as a producer for local bands. He completed his A-levels at evening school between 2004 / 2007 and studied History and Art-History at Humboldt University, Berlin between 2007 / 2009. He has worked as a production sound mixer and sound-designer for movies from 2006 to present. Robert has written and directed numerous short films. A MERCEDES FOR SIERRA LEONE (2014); Robert’s first self-produced, written and directed short film played at festivals around the world. Other short films followed including METAL MONKEY (2016), JACK AND JACKIE (2018) THE OHH (2019) THE CONTRA & PRO OF ROCKET LAUNCH ABORTS (2020), HERBERT & THE TREES“ (2022). In 2018 Robert founded o.film in Berlin wich is now producing content for POSITIVI a YouTube channel wich is centered around people with disabilities sponsored by „Aktion Mensch“. Robert is current writing his first featurefilmscript and is developing his new shortfilm „Campen“, wich should be shot on location on the island of Rügen in 2024.
