Nuri Cihan Ozdogan was born in Kadirli and he lives in Adana, Turkiye. He started to write stories when he was at high-school. He worked on script theory although he was studying Mechanical Engineering and he transformed his stories to screenplays. His short films screened and won awards from national and international film festivals. He is actively making short films as a producer and director in Adana, as well as he is the Coordinator of If Studio Center at Çukurova University. He is currently studying for a master's degree in cinema at Çukurova University.
