A 17-year-old boy brings a rifle to school and kills 13 people. Why did he do it? Where did he get the gun? Who is to blame? Not enough gun control? Why didn't the teachers at the school pay attention to the weirdness? Were these oddities in the boy's behavior? Was it bad parenting? Is he mentally normal? The answers are sought not only by investigators and the boy's mother, but by regular people, the media, TV show viewers, and even cab drivers. All of them have their own opinions and are willing to overstep the law and boundaries for the sake of those opinions.
