After the successful beginning, CINEMALAY, a primary film institute based on Nagaon of Assam (India) is ready to organise the second edition of Nagaon International Short and Documentary Film Festival 2019. It has been a great Festival. I unfortunately could not attend it for some personal reasons. I wish I could make it. But I've heard great things about the Festival and I wish the entire team All The Best for the future. It was a great success for a Festival that has been organized for the first time. Kudos to the Team !

The Festival put a small town in Assam on World map. Was elated when my documentary LIVING ON THE EDGE-DEGLAMOURIZING BOLLYWOOD was in the official selection list and screened. Kudos to its Director and his dedicated team for being quick, efficient in their response. With passage of time this festival is bound to become a premier festival in India. It's focus on content made by much neglected North East is highly appreciated. Will definitely like to be part of it in future editions. I would like the festival to include Feature length documentary section. I had to submit shortened version which didn't do justice to my feature length documentary

It was fantastic to be selected with our film "Rage". Unfortunately, we were unable to attend the festival but throughout they had great communication with us and even offered some accommodation for the festival! Will be looking forward to entering and hopefully attending next years festival!
