An Egyptian Architect and urban designer who earned her master degree in Architectural Engineering., after which she decided to follow her passion and study film making in a film school based in New York. Throughout her career she has acquired and developed various skills to enhance her storytelling approaches, also worked on a variety of short documentaries within Doha - Qatar, in collaboration with international entities such as the Red Crescent and other reputable organizations. She finished her first personal documentary on Feb 2017, Finding Me, which has been internationally awarded from a number of international festivals. Her work has been praised for the role it plays in highlighting controversial ideas within her community as she is mainly concerned with gender issues, minorities and the under-represented groups specially those within the Arab and Middle Eastern countries.
