Director Biography - Alger Ji-Liang, Joshua Lam

Alger Ji-Liang 梁家傑 (he/him) is an emerging filmmaker, artist, and collaborator based in Vancouver, Canada on the unceded and ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples. His work weaves between documentary and fiction and he explores themes of kin, love, community, and grief.
