  • It was a really pleasure to be part of this festival!!!

Even though I wasn´t able to attend to the festival, I´m very happy to have been part of the festival with my short film HAY ALGO EN LA OSCURIDAD (SOMETHING IN THE DARKNESS).

Thanks a lot to the director and crew of the festival for their great attention and kindness, thank you so much!

For me as a spanish filmmaker ist´s a great opportunity to show my work outside my country, thanks!

I hope to have the opportunity again to be in the festival in the future. See you soon MONTECATINI!

  • it was a great joy and honor to be part of a festival that counts almost 70 years of history. But from that kind of festivals, one should expect that the people involved understand that the main purpose of a movie festival is the feeling and the communication. And in this case, the communication with your festival was not only problematic but, i could say, that it didn't exist. Regardless the disappointment i felt, i wish the best to your festival and maybe you can realize that you have a long road of improvement towards your future events.

One of my short film was selected to the previous edition festival, but I have never received any news related to the winners result nor the screening from the festival until these days. I would like express my disappointment that, as a filmmaker who gave my whole heart to make the short film that was screened for the festival, I feel like my work was used.
