Millennial

Millennial is an ultra-camp retelling of the New Millennium. On the eve of the year 2000, a boy named Zip hacks his way into the Millennial celebration. During the security breach, the Y2K bug breaks in and drains all of the cool, Millennial energy from the world. It's up to Zip and his friends to restore the New Millennium before everything becomes permanently boring.

Director Biography - and/or

and/or is the pseudonym for directors Colin Shields and Frank Anderson. Their first film, Bhoner (2013), was an official selection at the 2014 Queens World Film Festival and won Best Director at the 2014 Atlanta Underground Film Festival. Their second film, Millennial (2015), won the New Voices Award at the 2015 Queens World Film Festival. Excessive and meticulously overdone theater, with all of its histrionics and exaggerated realities, has never failed to have proven itself to be of mutual interest. While they respect and appreciate current trends of realism in independent cinema, they work to bring their brand of stupid nonsense theater to film. They are ardent adherents to the philosophical and artistic movement of Forrealism, which they have firmly and consistently refused to explain.
