Geoff Hecht is a multi-award winning Animation Director, Creative Director, and Producer with a deep understanding of the artistic process, technology, and choosing the right tools to build successful workflows.

After the first 5+ years of his career, Geoff founded and co-owned an animation and vfx production company (Hectic Digital in 2011) and directed several talented artists (many of which worked or ended up working at ILM, Weta, MPC, 2K, and many notable studios) before the company was sold in July of 2018. His work has been selected at multiple Academy, BAFTA, and Canadian Screen Award Qualifying film festivals as well as being featured on Skwigly and Motionographer online animation publications.

Everyone has experienced a handful of projects that were more complicated than anticipated. When it comes to motion and animation, Geoff excels at making complex projects appear as if they were effortlessly executed.
