Director Statement

'Meat on Bones' was my graduation film at the end of a three year course in film-making. It is a story close to my heart about the similarities we share as human beings - despite our differences politically, economically and emotionally. It also touches on the notion of masculinity and our inability to share and communicate with each other as modern day men. Made on a shoe-string budget, the film was an incredible challenge and an emotional journey as a film-maker. I hope that it pays off on the screen. Enjoy.
