Command of Mexico City Grand Festival consist of LGBTQ+, Black people, Commune settlers and refugees. Our command want to prove that in world as in films there is no boundaries , there is no limits, there is no color, there is no nations, there is no genders. One of few things that exist is power of loving hear and feeling of home with people that you don’t know, but feel the same way within.

Rules & Terms

Rules & Terms
1) Short films: maximum 30 minutes. Feature films: 31 minutes and more.

2) All foreign films must be subtitled in English.

3) We download your movie to show in live screening; we don't share your movie. If you do not want your movie is showed you can send us an email.

4) Films previously entered into Mexico City Grand Festival are not eligible for re-entry in subsequent years.

5) All submissions are screened and evaluated by the Selection Committee. Their reports are final and confidential.

6)We cannot provide refunds for not selected and selected works.

7)Participant should be polite to our policy

    WEIRD.

    I don't understand what's happening. I've received an email saying my film was an award winning film at this festival. I contacted them in regards to that and their reply to me was :

    "All information about the offline event will be specified later. We
    apologize for the delay"

    Seeing/ reading everyones comment about this event, it really feels like this festival it doesn't even exist? or they're TERRIBLE at communication?

    I won Best Experimental and got an info about it, but didn't get any certificate of award and there is no list of winners on the official web.
