Director Biography - Tommy Banham

Tommy was given his first video camera on his 13th birthday. He started to dabble in filmmaking with a friend from secondary school, making short drama pieces and mockumentaries.

On leaving school, Tommy studied film at college, where he was introduced to the more technical side of filmmaking. He produced, edited and directed two music videos and a VEVO video diary for music artist Iggy Azalea, which has a cumulated over 4 million views on YouTube. He graduated college with the highest grade in his class.

Tommy has always appreciated the art of film and the process of telling a story through the use motion pictures. His biggest influences stem from realistic storytellers from the likes of Guy Ritchie, Shane Meadows and Danny Boyle.
