Lamar David Mackson has over twenty years of experience in event management, video
and film production. He has supported and produced a variety of projects and products
for clients ranging from corporate to entertainment. Lamar's field diversity is his strength
and he is able to execute multiple aspects of production, effortlessly.
His dedications to the discipline of Video and Film Production have made him, and his
company, Nonstop Show Group, LLC. (NSG), a reliable source for quality and results in
these fields.
Lamar’s filmography and credits include: the Cooking Channel’s Patti’s Place with Patti
Labelle, Multimedia Entertainment’s News Talk Television, Damages starring Glen Close,
Kitchen Nightmares featuring Gordon Ramsay, Extreme Home Makeovers, Viacom’s The
Montel Williams Show, The Phil Donahue Show, as well as Spike Lee's, Summer of Sam. In
addition, Mr. Mackson also served as Assistant Director on the popular hidden camera
show Impractical Jokers on TruTv.
Lamar was the Producer and Stage Manager for the Vibe Magazine Music Seminars from
1995 to 1999. Mackson was Producer for HBO’s Award winning feature film Algeny: The
Genetic Factor and NBFF Award winning short film Moves We Make.
Mr. Mackson has extensive experience developing and implementing an organizational
and structural foundation for local cable television stations. Specifically, on a municipal
level, Lamar served on the Board of Scotch Plains TV and as Chairman of the Plainfield
Cable Television Advisory Board from 2007-2014.
Lamar served as the Director of Media for the City of Plainfield, NJ. from 2011 - 2013 .
He currently leads as the Director of Video Production Services and Digital Marketing
