Rules & Terms

1. Entries of all films will be accepted online on www.filmfreeway.com/koshifilmfestival
2. Films made during 1990 – 2018 can participate in the festival.
3. If the film is not in Hindi Language, it must be subtitled in English or Hindi.
4. Any organization, agency, production house, company can participate in the festival with their films.
5. The official selection of films at Koshi Film Festival will be done by a committee of Juries whose decision will be final. However, Festival Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film at any stage.
6. Censorship of films is not required for participating in the festival.
7. For promotional / publicity purpose, excerpts from any film entered in the festival may be shown on any Television Network / Internet or related media during the festival period.
8. incorrect / inadequate / illegible / ambiguous submissions will not be considered in the festival.
9. Prize and Certificate will be given to the director or producer of the film.
10. No length/duration limitations, films of any length can participate.
11. Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these Regulations.
Documents required for film submission:
Please mail us the below documents on koshifilmfestival@gmail.com with your FilmFreeway submission tracking number.
1. Synopsis of the film.
2. Casting / Credits with photographs please attach.
3. About Director(s) (Bio Data).
4. Photograph of Director(s) and Producer(s) of the film.
5. Still photographs of film (minimum two).
6. Production Still (minimum two).
7. Poster (Portrait and Landscape with high resolution).
8. Press Kit (not mandatory).
9. Censorship (If you have censorship certificate from Govt. Of India / Govt. of other countries, please attach).
