Talented New Director, Best Supporting Actress in a Short Film (Léa Boulch)
We (Timothy Collins & Jillian Kibler) are student filmmakers at the Art Institute of Atlanta. We co-wrote, co-directed and co-produced the short film Kiss of Death, which was featured at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner.
Kiss of Death is an homage to the era of classic film noir from the 30s and 40s. It was our intention to take the more familiar elements of film noir, such as the black and white photography with strong shadows, the criminal element, the MacGuffin, the femme fatale, and to combine these elements with more modern themes for an unexpected twist. For more information about Kiss of Death, please visit www.facebook.com/kissofdeathfilm or www.imdb.com/title/tt5377302/
There are also several news articles and interviews about the film listed to the right. Thank you for considering our film and we hope you enjoy it!
