Kentronn Malmadh based in Atlanta, Georgia is a former high school history teacher turned film teacher. Now he takes his role as an all-around filmmaker. Malmadh has always been active in empowering youth through teaching all elements of film. He writes fresh screenplays and has a slate of ideas to match. He is a gem, even a bird waiting to be heard. During his time at Clayton State University continuing education film and media production track, he worked on many short projects as key grip, sound mixer, and assistant director. He is a self-taught writer and learned his craft by sending his work to editors, coaches, and getting his work evaluated constantly. While at the same time reading books and going to workshops. “I wanted to learn from the greats and professionals, mimic them then create my own voice.” He believes the best teacher is correction, critiquing, and mistakes.
