During an endless and exhausting circus tour, an accident occurred. Those animals have finally been given the chance to feel freedom for the first time. However, the abuse they suffered during the circus started to make them feel fearful and timid. They must find a way to break their fear and survive in this absurd city. The more they discovered the human world, the more anger and hatred they got.
Rebellion is like a bud buried in their heart and ready to thrive.

Our work uses black humor and delightful color to portray how these circus animals survive in the city. By personifying the animals and showing the cruel treatment they received in the circus, our sensitive and suspicious lion gradually became insane while exploring the city. Learning human behavior makes them more and more uncontrollable.

This work dedicates to conveying that we should not take animals lives for granted and we should be cherish what we have now. Everyone has desires, and we can’t prevent from people buying animal products or supporting any animal shows. Although animals cannot tell humans how they feel that doesn’t mean their pain should exist. Animals deserve respect like humans.
