Kanishka Aggarwal is currently pursuing her MFA degree in Film Direction from Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at the Chapman University, USA

She continues to worked as an Actor and an Actor Trainer in Mumbai in the Hindi Film industry. Kanishka has featured in several ad films, short films, feature films and has trained 500+ students during the last five years. As a trainer, she has also worked with established actors including Kriti Sanon, Kartik Aryan, Konkana Sen, Arjun Rampal, Raima Sen, Kiara Advani, and Jacqueline Fernandez.

Kanishka received her acting training under the tutelage of Kishore Namit Kapoor and Atul Mongia, and later apprenticed as a trainer under Atul Mongia at The Artist Collective.

Her passion for decoding how the human mind relates to performance, led to the study of Neuro-Linguistic Program (a field of psychology) specially designed for actors and further explored this connect in a course at Harvard University. A proponent of continuous development, she completed a short course in Screenwriting from Tisch School of Arts, New York University. She has also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from the prestigious NIFT, Kolkata (India).
