Julian Civiero (born Rome 1972),filmmaker, photographer, and sound recordist, graduate of the Roberto Rossellini School of Cinema and the University of Westminster (London), working since the 90s in cinema and television. Since 2015 he has lived and worked in Fontecchio (Abruzzo) on the project ‘The Identity of Memory’, a collection of the stories of men and women who are the last witnesses of a lost way of life and relationship with the land. It is a model for the protection and rediscovery of the region, and to promote awareness of Abruzzo.

Julian Civiero (Roma, 1972), fotografo, filmmaker e tecnico del suono diplomato alla Scuola di cinema Roberto Rossellini di Roma e all’Università di Westminster (Londra) lavora dagli anni ’90 nell’ambito cinematografico e televisivo. Dal 2015 vive e lavora a Fontecchio (Abruzzo) sul progetto ‘L’identità della memoria’ una raccolta di storie di uomini e donne, testimoni ultimi di sapienze ecologiche ed umane. Un modello di protezione e di ri-scoperta del territorio, uno strumento di conoscenza sull’Abruzzo.
