Director Statement

I love creating films and making everything I do visually intriguing, with Intonation I wanted to give each part a certain relevant visual style to separate each genre of music. Working with the camera Operator we were able to discuss various visual approaches to each section. We also wanted to create a piece that not only was informative but was a brief and thoughtful glimpse into the musical lives of these three people, translating their words into interesting visuals.
